A statement necklace set with vintage Indian coins and talismans. The coins have been gold plated and set in oxidised sterling silver. The hanging silver talismans depict the seven goddesses The seven Hindu goddesses are known as the saptamatrikas or Seven Divine Mothers, who are the shaktis (female counterparts) of major gods. These goddesses are often depicted together and are a significant part of Hindu iconography and worship and often represented in this configuration.
Materials: the necklace is made of oxidised & gold plated sterling silver and is set with 15 coins & hanging talismans.
