SHIPPINGDue to the handcrafted nature of our pillar candles, this item will be ready for shipping within 1-3 business days.

Shipping times will vary depending on your selection of shipping method. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your item is ready for shipping and has been dispatched. Please refer to our Shipping Policy here for more information including shipping rates and possible delays in shipping times due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

RETURNSDue to the handcrafted nature of this product, please expect slight variation in the appearance of each unique item. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we would like to make it right for you before you proceed with a return. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery through Contact Us or email at support@apleasantthought.com. 

A Pleasant Thought accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on any candle that has not been damaged, burned, or altered (such as surface scraping). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer; however, we can supply a non-refundable return shipping label at the buyer’s request. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the candle is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit. A Pleasant Thought will not assume responsibility for damaged returns due to improper packing. Upon receipt of the return, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Once we have completed a quality analysis on the return, a full refund minus delivery costs will be issued back to the original method of payment.
