About the spices we picked:

Napa Valley Blend: Our best-selling go-to spice blend, with a bright, savory mix of Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Rosemary, Fennel, Lemon Peel, Black Pepper, Chili, Garlic, Citric Acid, and Sea Salt. Think sunny Mediterranean-meets-California flavors.

Za\'atar: Herbaceous, nutty, and crunchy, our version is made with whole rather than ground spices: Toasted Sesame Seeds, Thyme, Sumac, Sea Salt, and California Chili—a mild, aromatic chili that adds a beautiful color and flavor without much heat. It\'s a great alternative to an \"Everything Bagel\" seasoning for when you don\'t want a blast of garlic or onions. 

Harissa: Add a fantastic pop of flavor and color with these classic Moroccan flavors with mild to medium spice—a staff favorite. Blend includes Californian and New Mexican Chilies, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Cayenne and Citric Acid.
